FireFi is a finance copilot for small and founder-led businesses, based in the Netherlands. For any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at hello@firefi.nl.

Our supervisory authority is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (AP), the Dutch Data Protection Authority, reachable at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We collect a small amount of personal data through this website only:

• Demo requests: your name, email address, and company name, used solely to respond to your request and schedule a call.
• Financial health score quiz: if you choose to save your results, your email address. Your quiz answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to our servers unless you submit your email.
• Analytics: anonymised data about how visitors use the website. This is only collected with your consent via the cookie banner.
• Contact form messages: the content of any message you send us, used only to respond to your enquiry.

We do not collect financial data, accounting data, or banking data through this website.

We process your data to respond to your direct requests (demo bookings, contact form messages) on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. We process analytics data on the basis of your consent, given via the cookie banner. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your cookie preferences.

We keep demo request and contact data for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 26 months on a rolling basis. If you ask us to delete your data sooner, we will.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We use a small number of third-party tools to operate this website. These include Vercel, Inc. (website hosting and edge delivery, based in the United States), Google Analytics (analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited), and Resend (email delivery, based in the United States). These tools process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. Vercel and Resend process data under Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers outside the EEA. We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
